This is the best oil for soreness, tired muscles, growing pains, head tension or just to cool you down!
Roll on tight muscles or sore joints.
Roll on temples or head to relieve tension.
Wintergreen, containing methyl salicylate, and Peppermint, containing menthol are soothing and cooling for sore muscles. Keep it in your gym bag or purse!

The name says it all. Arouse your “sensations” with this invigorating blend of Coriander, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Jasmine, and Geranium.
Add a few drops to your carrier oil and use it during a relaxing massage. and by massage I mean “massage”
Try making your own roller!
Recipe: 12 drops of Sensation, 8 drops of Cypress, 8 drops of Orange, 5 drops of Peppermint + Carrier oil - roll on in set thighs and ankles!
Add a few drops to your favorite moisturizer.
I love it in the dryer on wool dryer balls!
Pop it in the diffuser to spark feelings of love and affection.
Bergamot
It a light, sweet citrusy scent. Uplifting and relaxing, it is good for building confidence and enhancing your mood. It has a long history of use for oily skin. Try a drop in a glass of wine! Also a Vitality oil - great in a capsule for mood and stress support.
Charcoal Mask
Okkkk this mask is SO good - it has a slight tingle/cooling effect and makes my skin feel baby soft! It’s made with naturally derived ingredients to support healthy skin without the synthetic shortcuts. It uses Tahitian volcanic black sand to gently exfoliate for softer, glowing skin, while activated charcoal from China and South Africa absorbs impurities to detox skin, purify pores, reduce the appearance of blemishes, and restore the appearance of an even skin tone. Made with salicylic acid, a blend of fruit-derived alpha-hydroxyacids (AHAs), and Peppermint premium essential oil, this mask supports the appearance of softer, brighter, and clearer skin and has a tingling action you can feel.
